We thank Ronald Mann for sharing his insights on credit topics this week as our inaugural guest blogger. Some of his posts intelligently commented on a wide-range of current policy debates (military predatory lending, Wal-Mart operating a bank), while other posts identified areas for future study (timing of bankruptcy filings).  Ronald tackles many of these underlying issues in greater depth in his new book, Charging Ahead: The Growth and Regulation of Payment Card Markets, which is in print from Oxford University Press and is available from Amazon. Manuscripts of his shorter publications, and details on his other books, are available here. One could hardly go wrong choosing to read anything on this list.
