It is amusing – in a dark sort of way — that the GM Q&A for investors never mentions that the shareholders are expected to get no recovery under the proposed reorganization structure.  The repeated intonation of phrases to the effect of "we'll continue to file SEC reports so long as it's required" will give the very careful reader the appropriate sense of doom.
