We're happy to announce that Jonathan Lipson, the Foley & Lardner Professor of Law at the University of Wisconsin, will be joining us again as a guest blogger. Our long-time readers will remember that Lipson has blogged here in the past, and we are glad that he agreed to reprise his role. The short-term plan is that he will live blog the "Big Bankruptcy" conference organized by Professor Lynn LoPucki and being held at UCLA later this week.
