Quite the story on Naked Capitalism. BoA foreclosed on a family that didn't even have a mortgage (they paid cash). Then BoA wouldn't cut a check for the attorneys' fee judgment. (Is this typical BoA practice or some weird fluke?) So the homeowner had the sheriff levy on a BoA branch. I'm just waiting to see someone send the deputies in to execute on Moynihan's desk and some artwork in the BoA headquarters. That'd send a much louder message.
